1) Refund Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request by providing a valid reason such as technical issues, course content not meeting your expectations, or other circumstances.
1.2 If you have attended a significant number of the classes, your eligibility for a refund may be limited.
2) Refund Process
2.1 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team. Include your order details, the reason for your refund request,
2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and may request additional information or clarification. and will notify you of the eligibility of your refund.
2.3 Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days
2.4 Please note that any third-party fees or charges associated with the original transaction (e.g., payment processor fees) may be deducted from your refund amount.
3) Course Access and Termination
3.1. Upon approval of your refund, your access to the course and any associated materials will be terminated.
3.2. You agree not to share, distribute, or use any course content or materials after your refund has been processed.
4) Modifications and Cancellations
4.1. AptiTalent reserves the right to modify or cancel the course, including changes to the course content, instructors, schedule, or platform. In the event of a course cancellation or significant modification, alternative arrangements will be made on same/some other day. The details of the new arrangements will be communicated to you. In the event of classes being cancelled without providing an alternative arrangement, you may be eligible for a refund provided you meet the above criteria.
5) Non-Refundable Items
5.1. Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to any bundled or additional products or services purchased alongside the course.
5.2. Third-party fees or charges, such as currency conversion fees or bank fees, are non-refundable.
5.3. Any processing fees for joining the courses are non-refundable.
